Part-time ME in structural engineering is not worthy for you, but if you want to pursue the same, IGNOU and IISC, Bangalore are the best institutes to pursue part-time ME in structural engineering.

Online MBA is mainly useful for working professionals in order to polish & gain important skills and knowledge related to an MBA program.
But if you pursue full time MBA from any of the reputed business school that would surely increase your chances for better career growth & will help you in getting placed into a good & reputed company in your areas of interest. For Example - If your areas of Interest is banking & finance then I would recommend you to pursue MBA in banking & finance from Symbiosis School of Banking & Finance. Doing a part time job there will fetch you 12-13$ per hour. Now, it depends on how much you can work on the basis of your classes schedule and college days.
Worry not, you will make at least 2500-3000$ in a month and you will be able to meet your daily expenses and save a little for your next semester fees.
After your UG in CS, you can easily earn 20-30$ per hour.
