Hi,
If you want to pursue MCA through distance mode, then there is no restriction to attend classed on weekends. You can learn the language from private institutes on paid basis as per your time schedule.

Part time MBA is a course where you have to visit the institute once or twice a week whereas distance MBA allows you to study at your convenience without attending the university.

I always follow one rule if the job is paying well and you are having fun doing it continue with the job and enroll in any part-time institute to do any course so you keep upgrading. If the job is not making you happy then work on changing the job but never leave it. But keep doing part time courses and keep upgrading.
