Full time is of 2 years where classes are from Mon-Fri whereas part-time are for those who are working and have certain requirements. Classes take place on weekends mostly so that you can work side by side for part-time PGDM.

Production management is a specialized field of engineering. I will advise you not to pursue this specialization as it is not aligned with your commerce background.

In my point of view, you should go with IIBF certified courses for banking, it will help both the both, private and government banks and if you want to go in government bank you should join any institution for preparation for bank coaching and clear the IBPS exam.
