Delhi University does not provide any evening classes for economics as they do not offer MA economics in distance mode. You can go with Kurukshetra University.

In regular M.Tech, you have to go to college and maintain a certain attendance percentage to be eligible to appear for exams. In part time M.Tech, you have to go to college only to appear for exams.
In M.Tech, not all subjects are easy. In most of the subjects, you would need some expert guidance to understand them. In regular M.Tech, you can get such expert guidance from the faculty members. However, in part time M.Tech, enough guidance won't be available.
