The PDEU M.Tech application fee is INR 500 for each branch. Candidates can make the payment through netbanking/credit card/debit card or UPI. Candidates are advised to keep the payment receipt carefully till the PDEU M.Tech admission process.

Yes, candidates can apply for more than one branch subject to eligibility. Candidates must provide their choices at the time of filling the PDEU M.Tech 2025 application form. The last date to apply for PDEU M.Tech was June 2, 2025. Admissions at PDEU will be done in two phases. First preference is given to the GATE-qualified candidates, later to the non-GATE candidates.

The PDEU M.Tech eligibility criteria for 2025-26 admission is as follows -
- Candidates must have qualified BTech/B.E the latest by Aug 31, 2024 with a minimum of 50% or CPI/CGPA of 5.5 in 10 point.
- The candidates must have graduated from a recognised university or institute with a relevant discipline.
- Final year students (8th semester) are also eligible to apply for PDEU M.Tech admission process.

The last date to apply for PDEU M.Tech is June 2, 2025. The mode of the PDEU M.Tech 2025 application form is online. Candidates applying for the university must fill out and submit the application form before the due date.

Yes, Pandit Deendayal Energy University offer financial assistance to M.Tech students. The details of PDEU M.Tech financial assistance can be checked below -
- Financial assistance offered to qualified candidates with a valid GATE score - INR 12,400 per month
- Financial assistance offered to students without a GATE score - INR 8000 per month (if GATE seats remain vacant)

No, Pandit Deendayal Energy University does not conduct any entrance exam for M.Tech admissions. Instead, the PDEU M.Tech admission is done based on the GATE scores, followed by a personal interview. The admission/selection is done in two phases- phase I for GATE-qualified candidates and the phase II is done for the non-GATE candidates. A merit list is prepared for the GATE scores and the personal interview will be conducted based on the candidate's performance in the GATE exam.
