PDEU MTech 2025 Counselling/Application Form
PDEU MTech 2025 application form will be available online on the official website. For phase I and II, PDEU MTech registration forms have been released on February 19, 2025. The last date to apply was June 2, 2025. While filling out the PDEU MTech application form, candidates must provide personal, academic, and communication details. In the next stage, the applicants must select their choice of course per their preferences and upload their documents (photograph and signature). Lastly, they have to pay the counselling/application fee of INR 500, which is non-refundable. Candidates are advised to check eligibility for each course before filling out the application form.
PDEU MTech 2025 Counselling Process
The authorities will conduct the PDEU MTech 2025 admission process in Phases I and II. Following are the details on the admission process of each phase:
Phase - I (Only for the candidates having qualified and valid GATE scores):
- Admissions will be offered to the candidates on merit based on the GATE score.
- The remaining vacant seats, upon completing this Phase's admissions, will be transferred to the seats for Phase II admissions. The candidates who are not offered admission during Phase I, their application will be considered automatically for the Phase II admission process, and they will have to appear at the selection procedure of the second phase mentioned herein.
- All GATE-qualified candidates must upload the GATE Score Card as a part of the online application process.
- The criteria for deciding merit order in case of candidates having equal merit marks shall be based on the following sequence namely: a. All India rank for GATE. b. Marks out of 100 on the GATE scorecard. c. Aggregate marks / CPI of B. Tech. Degree.
Phase - II (for GATE / Non-GATE candidates):
Phase II admission process is meant for non-GATE candidates and candidates with a valid and qualified GATE score but are not offered admission during Phase I. A single merit list will be prepared for valid and qualified GATE and Non-GATE candidates on the following basis:
- Performance score obtained in Personal Interview by the candidate
- 50% weightage of GATE score (applicable to GATE-qualified candidates).
NOTE - A candidate who has applied for more than one branch has to appear in a Personal Interview for all the respective branches separately
