As far as I know, you won't get your score. You would only get your rank. If your rank is under 850, you will get CSE branch for sure.

There is no date announced yet for the result if PESSAT. But they will announce the result soon.

I don't think you'll get to know your score, because when I wrote they never mentioned about scores, just had ranks. So unfortunately, you will never know. But, be thorough with CET, which can fetch you good rank in PESSAT.
