Hi. Ph.D. Admission 2023 is done through an online application form. Ph.D. Admission 2023 in India is done based on national or university-level entrance exams like UGC NET IIT JAM etc. However, there are a few colleges that offer Ph.D. admissions 2023 based on merit followed by a Personal Interview

If you are facing such issues firstly try to directly contact with the organisation or college from where you opted the course if they are unresponsive to your mails and calls then there might be fraudulent issues.

Yes, you can do a Ph.D. in commerce which is a 3-8 years long course. It gives you a deeper knowledge of commerce and accounting.

Yes, of course you can pursue Ph.D. in history even if you are from an engineering background. Admission to the Ph.D. History course is based on an entrance test followed by an interview conducted by the various universities. Entrance exam for Ph.D. in History are:
