No. You need to have post-graduation for pursuing Ph.D. in any field. Diploma makes you eligible only for Graduation. So, go for similar thing.

You cannot apply for Ph.D. after graduation. You need to have post graduation preferably in the same field in which u want to Pursue Ph.D. So, for now, you can do M.Sc.

Hi Jabeen,
There's no age issue for getting a Job once you complete your Ph.D. in Physicist or a Professor. You can pursue your Ph.D.

There are many private universities which allow Ph.D. after PGDM; but if Ph.D. is the ultimate aim then better you should think about master degree programme affiliated to university i.e MMS.
