Hi Jabeen,
There's no age issue for getting a Job once you complete your Ph.D. in Physicist or a Professor. You can pursue your Ph.D.

There are many private universities which allow Ph.D. after PGDM; but if Ph.D. is the ultimate aim then better you should think about master degree programme affiliated to university i.e MMS.

You are eligible but the person who will take your interview will not give you preference for Ph.D because of distance learning thing.
