Unfortunately you cannot apply for Ph.D. in any college or University. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for Ph.D. is to obtain a minimum of 55% score in your graduation.

Lateral entry is not offered for MBA programme. However, some colleges may grant admission depending on the seat availability.
