See there's good chance to get admission to a well ranked institutions abroad because of the belief that Tezpur University boast of having good practical, industrial and academic exposure. After pursuing same you have same opportunities as any other Ph.D holder but in many after Ph.D prospects like a professor, research associate, etc you have a good preference on the basis of your academic performance.

Hi Mousam,
Chances will be high with an IIT tag and a Ph.D from a highly ranked foreign university. You must know that jobs after Ph.D is mainly research and teaching so if you want to a good job you must excel in these fields. Your publication, project work, concepts, etc. will matter when you are seeking a job. You can check payscale.com for salary info.

Yes, you can do that if an institute gives you admission without transfer or migration certificate such as IGNOU, YCMOU, etc.

as per UGC regulation of 2009 and 2015, any institute cannot offer PhD in distance mode it has to be either full time or part time with certain condition attached to it. A PhD degree through distance learning is invalid. few private universities offer such options but those options are bad for you and your career. yes, you can do PhD from your workplace but at least 6 months you have to spend in college/ university frequently for pre PhD coursework

Hello Prerana,
It's very heartening to see girl from 10th having dreams in eyes. Gr8 indeed. It's actually very simple. You need to pass 12th with good marks to enable admission in good college in BA English. Then you do MA, then NET then get job and register for PhD.
Best wishes
