You are advised to appear for PhD entrance examinations of IGNOU and AMU-AIMA to pursue PhD in management.

For Ph.D, you need to complete your Master's or equivalent degree course and few universities do require NET score too. Keep a check on institutes like XLRI, IITs and other management institutes.

PhD gives values and MBA gives earnings, so you have to decide yourself. Both have different careers.

PhD having so many lectures, practicals, seminars, conferences, project, training, vivas, etc. it can't be part time PhD.
