It is difficult to say which universities will accept you for PhD as the admission process itself is different. You must be accepted by a supervisor firstly. Start contacting the department supervisors, you will find supervisor details on the university website or the research page. Share your profile and your research questions with them. If they like you, you are in. Of course you must also go through the formalities such as online application form etc., but will come later after into the picture.

Hello,
If you want to be a lecturer, then you should apply for NET exams like CSIR NET or UGC NET.
NET is the national eligibility test for candidates, who are willing to pursue their career further as a junior research fellow or an assistant professor.

You can pursue M.Sc anatomy, physiology, bio-chemistry, microbiology, etc., if you have interest in medical or teaching field. After thatm you can pursue Ph.D for a better career prospects. Otherwise, go back and pursue any of medical systems to become a physician.

As an experienced MBA you can easily find job abroad. You may consult any recruitment consultant or international job portal to search job abroad. Lot of MBAs who has graduated from Indian B-Schools to enhance their employability abroad does repeat MBA or EMBA from top International B-Schools by appearing in GMAT. You may choose any of the above options based on your personal conditions.

Ph.D admissions are not only based on the scores. You must be accepted by a supervisor, before you can commence your research work.
Below mentioned are some of the top ranked universities for economics in the world:
1. London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
2. Princeton University.
3. University of Chicago.
4. University College - London.
You can look for average ranked, but a reputed one like:
1. Maastricht University.
2. Michigan State University, etc. for better chances.
