As per your profile you are having a postgraduate diploma not degree. Therefore you are not eligible to0 do the Ph.D.

It depends on what level you want to pursue psychology. Simple Graduation, Diploma or Certificate course doesn't require any MBBS or P.hD degree. Masters degree might require a background from psychology but never a MBBS or P.hD.
