It is beyond my comprehension that one can do UG in mechanical and PG in electrical branch of engineering. As far as I know, it is not possible at least in any AICTE approved college.
secondly, after doing UG and PG in engineering, one should pursue Ph.D. in engineering or technology.

Hi,
To pursue PhD you need to pass master's / M.Phil with minimum 55% from recognized board. One needs to sit for the entrance exam.
