I'm not sure if MBA colleges offer PhD. I guess you are looking for PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Business Management. The average salary for the top B-Schools is in the range of 12 lakh to 19 lakh. For colleges which fall in the second grade, the average salary ranges from 8 lakh to 12 lakh. For other colleges, you might get an average salary of about 5 lakh to 8 lakh.

Hi,
To pursue Ph.D, you must start contacting the Ph.D research heads of the universities/departments and share your research interests with them. You have to be accepted by the research head before you submit your application. Universities in the US would require you to take the GRE. Additional eligibility will depend on the country and the university. Your scores are less so finding a suitable research university will be very competitive. I will also advise you to refer to this article for careers in psychology for more information.
