Yes, it is better to pursue Ph.D from this college. You can pursue your Ph.D in management from IIMs too. They have their FPM program. For this, you need to apply but I think the application dates are over. You can check once on the website of each and every IIM. You need your CAT score too and that too a good percentile. So, if you wish then you can go for IIM.

They offer an equivalent program called FPM. The admission is on the basis of CAT exam and it is a full time program.

Yes, you can certainly do, but my recommendation would be to go for full time MBA from top 50 B-schools for great weightage on your resume to get into best Ph.D management courses.
