The integrated Ph.D program at various Indian universities is for the students with an excellent academic record at B.Sc and who are strongly motivated to pursue a career in research. Unfortunately, BCA is not treated equally to B.Sc. Therefore, you are not eligible for integrated Ph.D program.

UGC NET is a national level test to prove the eligibility for junior research fellow or an assistant professorship.

Yes, you can get it. Meanwhile, it is recommended that you develop an experience of at least 3 years so that you can qualify for entry position into IIM's teaching faculty.

If you want to pursue it with fellowship, then you need to write UGC's JRF exam. If you want to pursue Ph.D without fellowship, then you can write the Ph.D admission test to get admission.
