Hi, To pursue PhD courses you need to pass Masters / M.Phil. with minimum 55%. You need to sit for an entrance exam. You are not eligible for Ph.D, but you are eligible for FPM program at business schools like IIM - Bangalore and Ahmedabad. FPM is equivalent to Ph.D.

If you want to be a lecturer, then you should apply for NET exams like CSIR NET or UGC NET.
NET is the national eligibility test for candidates, who are willing to pursue their career further as a junior research fellow or an assistant professor.
