If you have done MBA from a recognized university then you can seek admission in USA universities for Ph.D in subjects related to management. If you have done PGDM you may have to check with targeted USA university where you want to do MBA whether they accept PGDM equivalent to MBA.

Yes, you can get admission in Ph.D program after passing M.Com course with good marks.
Ph.D admission details:
For admission in Ph.D, you have to pass any Master degree in respective stream with minimum 55% marks from any well recognized university. You have to pass an entrance examination organized by college administration or NET examination organized by UGC.
PhD programs are:
1. Ph.D (Finance and accounts).
2. Ph.D (General management and organizational behavior).
3. Ph.D (Industrial / social psychology).
4. Ph.D (Botany - plant biology and bio-technology).
5. Ph.D (Chemistry).

You are eligible to do PhD after PGDM if your degree is approved equivalent to MBA by Association of Indian Universities(AIU). You may look at AIU website to check your PGDM degree equivalence to MBA.
