Pillai College of Architecture B.Arch admissions are offered based on students' NATA and JEE examination performance.

Pillai College of Architecture admission is both merit and entrance-based. The basic eligibility criteria is passing Class 12 (passed or appearing) PCM Subjects and 10+3 (Diploma passes)or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Pillai College of Architecture offers 165 seats for its programmes. B.Arch programme offers the most amount of seats in the university with 80 seats for the programme. BSc in Interior Design offers 60 seats, while 20 seats are offered by the M.Arch programme. For the PhD programme there is a provision of maximum five seats.
