Hello gentleman, your question is a bit puzzling. After mba in hr, u can opt fr phd/jobs. Jobs are in administrative departments of public sector, corporates, private firms. By PR, i think u mean public relations which is more likely to be joined by the students of journalism and mass communication background in postgrad level. Job prospect is good as you know public is the main objective of any business. You can get government job as public relation officer also for that u hv to crack respective entrance exam also along with degree in pr. Dear Ritu, you will find online application both the university websites. They also have the application checklist and documents you need to upload. Eligibility criteria varies again according to the program you want to study. Nevertheless you must excel in your academics as these are two of the world's top universities. After Political Science degree you have option to join Government sector both as Class I or below jobs, research assistant in consulting firms, NGO , Political assistants to senior politicians, social activitivist, acedmic , Defence services ( Army) as officer, Poltical Analyst, journalist etc

English speaking with fluency is necessary to peruse a good job.but apart from that for pausing pol. science you need not to be fluent in it. A basic knowledge is either required .There is Also a good exposure to hindi medium student also.some of the cooleges are the hindu,colleges affiliated to anna university and many more.you can also go for www.du.in to check colleges of delhi university.
