Pushpak, there are not many colleges in Pune that are offering some Architecture course after 10th, check the link below

You can opt for a Diploma in Architecture in some good university/ college outside Pune. After Diploma, you can take lateral entry in B.Arch and complete your degree for better prospects.
There are many good universities offering Architecture courses. Most of them have good placements. Some even offer scholarships.

Mitcon institute is much better than that but if wants to do PGDM from pune then do try for Sai balaji's IIMS . its good for PGDM
