Hi Eldhose,
Yes, you can take admission into M-tech course without GATE score card. You can take admission in state technical university affiliated colleges by appearing for an entrance exam conducted every year by respective state university/colleges.
Most colleges have a provision for management quota. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Strictly target Mumbai. Colleges with this score are K.J. somiaya, Sydenham, Welingkar, MET, Chetana, Dalmia. Other colleges do not offer placements more than 75%.

BIMM offers decent growth in average package year on year. It has great infrastructure and is preferable over Taxila. Also, the faculty is good. Companies have consistently offered 6 lakhs at an average at BIMM. Expecting better opportunity from 2016.

It is not a very good college for ROI considering the fees that is 1060000 and average salary of 5.5 LPA. You should try for BIMM whose fees is 6.4 lakhs and offers average salary package of 5.5 LPA.
