Deepak, surely IT courses have closed in many universities because of less takers and less jobs. So if you're good in PCM go for BTech CS. If you've not been good then take a relook at your career and move to something else like design for instance. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Oppor

I always maintain that HR professionals are born, not made. It is similar to leadership. This is something, which I am sharing with you, after close to 20 years of corporate experience. There are of course, two schools of thought on this. People do not work for companies. People work for people. You need to have innate HR skills to succeed in this line. I do not see any need to pursue an MBA

Hi Gaurik,
Its really tough to choose right institute when all the institutes claims to be the best. The parameters to choose an institute should be unique pedagogy, code of conduct, updated curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, alumni and placements. Visiting a campus before taking the admissions is a good idea. It gives you the idea whether the institute fulfills all the parameters or not. A good MBA institute teaches you how to think, cross functional competence, functional domain knowledge and team work. As for selecting an MBA institute, seeing is believing. Visit the campus, talk to former and present students, not just the faculty
