Quantum University does not have a fixed national entrance exam cutoff (like a specific JEE Main percentile) for BTech admissions. Instead, admission is primarily based on meeting basic eligibility criteria and performance in the university's own entrance exam, Q-CARE.

To be eligible for BTech programs in 2026, candidates must meet the following minimum academic requirements: 

Standard BTech Programs: Minimum 50% aggregate in Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, along with one elective from Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Computer Science.

BTech (Hons) Programs: Minimum 55% aggregate in the same subjects mentioned above.

BTech Lateral Entry: Minimum 50% to 60% marks in a relevant Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc. degree.
