Queen's University of Belfast students can work part-time. As per the course of study, Indian students can work 10 hours or 20 hours per week when the classes are in session. QUB students can work full-time when it is vacation period. 

QUB awards 15 awards of GBP 7,500 towards the tuition fee for the first year of UG study. These scholarships are for students starting their studies in Sep 2026. To be eligible for this scholarship, Indian applicants should obtain 85% or above in Class 12. To apply for this scholarship of QUB, an application is required.

Queen's University Belfast GIFT City offers postgraduate courses to students. These courses are offered across the Business  Business Analytics, and various other streams. At the postgraduate level, the university offers a one-year full-time MSc programme to students. The basic eligibility criteria include a Bachelor's degree (awarded by a recognised Indian institution) with a final average of 53%-55% or above (comparable to a UK 2.2 Honours degree standard). This should be in a relevant Architecture, Science, Engineering, Management, or Social Science discipline, or equivalent qualification, which is acceptable to the university.
