Scholarship deadlines for Indian students at QUB Ireland vary for different financial aids. Most scholarships tend to stop accepting applications in May or early June. The last date to apply for the India Academic Excellence Award and the Vice Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship is Jun 4, 2026.
Students can visit qub.ac.uk for deadlines to apply to specific scholarships.

Students may be refunded any deposit or advanced payment in full in case they cancel their contract within 2 weeks of accepting the offer. Refund applications are usually not entertained for initial deposits after this period.
Students who withdraw after the term starts will only be refunded for a portion of the term that has not been completed yet.

The Early Confirmation Award is a GBP 1,500 (INR 2 Lakhs) discount given to international fee-paying students (including from India) who pay their net tuition fees in full by a specific deadline.
Students with unconditional offer for UG or PG taught courses can pay their fees in full by Sep 18, 2026 to be eligible for the same.
There is no limit or cap on the number of awards to be handed out. This means every eligible student will receive the same from QUB Ireland.

The students have to apply for accommodation for QUB online. Apply as early as possible as some room types and locations may be more popular than the other and can be occupied. To make the application, create an account first and follow the instructions. Students do not have pay the deposit payment directly but once students are accepted into the course and they receive an offer of accommodation via email, then pay a GBP 300 deposit (Around INR 35k).
