R.V. College of Engineering Eligibility

The minimum eligibility for BTech at RV College of Engineering is passing Class 12 with tleast 50% aggregate score. The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting scores of CET,  COMEDK, JEE Main, KEA.

Candidates seeking admission at RV College of Engineering must meet the required eligibility criteria as preset by the institute. They must appear for the accepted entrance exam. The selection is based on the candidates' performance in the accepted JEE Main or any other national-level/state-level entrance exam. Additionally, shortlisted candidates must present the relevant documents to prove their eligibility.

To get admission to RV College of Engineering, students need to qualify for KCET examination. 45% of total seats are reserved for students from Karnataka. For admission to  Computer Science Engineering one should have more than 280. Also, to be on safer side, one should have scored more than 140. The competition ranges from 130 to 145 candidates per year.
