There are no exam in REAP you can apply for it through your class 12th marks percentage, yes your JEE Main marks you will definitely get a government college of Rajasthan through REAP.

The candidate get admission if he/she clear or passed the intermediate examination (10+2) and they should have subjects Physics, Maths, chemistry (PCM) as subject.

In the past there used to be an entrance exam for admission to the engineering colleges in Rajasthan. However now, it is based on ranking in JEE Mains exam. The prospective student is required to register online for REAP and will be called for counseling without any exam. It's not an exam, it's only a counselling process.
