There is no such exam in REAP. Admissions are directly based on JEE Mains and 12th percentage. Don't worry about that. Prefer MBM, Jodhpur!

I have given my 12th board from Rajasthan and I belong to Bihar. My state of eligibility in JEE is Rajasthan. What will be domicile in REAP?

That would be also from Rajasthan if you have substantial proof of your residing in Rajasthan namely Domicile Certificate, Electricity Bill, Water Bill.

If you can't clear your JEE Mains, then try for off campus counseling and some of private colleges only see your academic performance in class 12th. Best of luck.

No, there is no special exam for that. REAP only do counselling on the basis on JEE scores.
