Yes you may get some private colleges through REAP.

REAP is not a exam, it's just a form and to fill the same you need to give JEE Mains.

Hello Yogesh, spot round or mop-up round is kept to fill up vacant seats in mostly first come first serve" basis. Hence which seats are available becomes clear only after all normal rounds are exhausted and students' wishes fulfilled as per the order of merit. But even at this stage, it was observed
