NIT Rourkela is good enough for electrical engineering. The opening rank for admission in electrical engineering in NIT Rourkela is 4699 and closing rank is 11825. This is a classic Shakespearean dilemma. Rourkela as well as Warangal, both have a long history of academic excellence. Practically there is nothing much to differentiate between the two. Hence my advice would be to select the one with better convenience.
