Yes, RWTH Aachen may issue a conditional admission letter to Indian students. This happens in the cases mentioned below -
- Submission of the required coursework is missing for master's programs (some require Math and Science in previous studies)
- Missing documents like LORs, transcripts or a statement of purpose
These conditional offers may be valid for 1 to 1.5 years. Applicants should make sure that they fulfill these RWTH admission requirements.

From the Uni-assist portal, Indian applicants generally need a VPD which should be submitted when applying via the RWTHOnline portal.

Yes, for many courses offered at RWTH Aachen, there are some separate application submission deadlines for missing documents. First, the chance to upload the missing documents is just after a few weeks which is generally the admission deadline of Jul 15 every year for the Winter Intake and Jan 15 for the Summer one. International students need to submit the docs mentioned below-
- Transcripts
- English test scores
- GRE or GMAT score sheet if required
- LORs

Primarily, RWTCH Aachen offers most of its coursess under UG and PG in its Winter Intake mostly. This opens in the month of October each year. Some key programs offered under this intake are in Engineering, Computer Science and Data Science.
Although there is one more intake available which is the Summer (starting in April each year). In this intake, mostly specialised Engineering modules are only available.
