Yes, the RWTH MBA offered at the RWTH Business School is much more technical and engineering-focused than the traditional B-Schools. Indian students are required to have a UG degree in a STEM related field only if they want to go for MBA at RWTH.

For English-taught Master's programs, RWTH Aachen requires a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall with no individual band below 6.0. For highly competitive programs like Computer Science or Data Science, a score of 7.0+ is recommended. TOEFL iBT 90+ is also accepted.

APS certificate is mandatory for all Indian applicants to any German university, including RWTH Aachen. Without it, your application will not be processed. Start the APS process 4 to 6 months before your application deadline. The fee is approximately INR 18,000.

RWTH Aachen requires a minimum German GPA of 2.5 for most programs. For competitive programs such as Computer Science, Data Science and Electrical Engineering, aim for a German grade of 2.0 or better. Use the Modified Bavarian Formula to convert your Indian CGPA to the German scale.

Yes, RWTH Aachen University may conduct an interview for Indian students or the recorded video submissions for them.

It totally depends on the programme and generally the case for RWTH Aachen PG courses

No, RWTH Aachen University does not really ask for a GMAT or a GRE score for most of the master's courses available here. This university focuses mostly on the factors given below for a successful application to RWTH Aachen.

  • German or English language proficiency
