Yes, with this JEE percentile you'll get admission in SASTRA. SASTRA also considers your +2 marks. If +2 marks also good, you'll get a seat.
Eligibility criteria of SASTRA:
70% seats given based on +2 marks and JEE.
30% seats based on only +2 marks.

VIT is the top private engineering college which is ranked No 1 by Indian Government. To get admission in VIT you need to appear for VITEEE and upon good rank you can choose branch you want to join.

Most of the seats are reserved for Tamil Nadu students, I can say around 65-70% of the seats are for Tamil Nadu students who wish to pursue B.Tech in SASTRA.

Honestly, CSE branch is best for campus placements and about ECE, it is good for campus but knowledge in this branch is a lot. There are many things you can learn in ECE branch.
