Hello Sai,
You have really good scores which increases your chance of getting a seat at Sastra University. However, it is difficult to say whether you can get CSE or not since the competition too high. Hence, you can try your best at the counseling to get the branch you wish for. However, you can get the other branches like Mechanical, civil, EEE, etc.

It depends on your interest. However, you can prefer aerospace engineering at SASTRA University, as it will provide you lots of opportunities to get a job. It is also one of the most demanding branch as per current scenario. Therefore, you should go for this course.
