If you are from Trichy or Thanjavur you might be able to get a course you prefer depending on the trend. If you are from other parts of the state you can get M.Tech integrated courseswhich are courses that has lower demand. If you are not from Tamil Nadu you might not get any course. You have a good chance of getting admission in stream 2.

You have a good chance of securing a random course if you are from Tamil Nadu. If you are from Thanjavur or Trichy, you might get the course you prefer. It all depends on the admission trends though.

If you have completed your 10th and 12th in Thanjavur or Trichy, there is a possibility that you might get an admission in any course(getting the course of your choice is very difficult). If you are from any other part of the state then, unfortunately, it is very difficult.

Yes, you can get into SASTRA in atleast one of the three streams mentioned above. As you would have known already there are 2 steams for admission in Sastra. If you have a JEE score of above 150 then you can enter through stream 1. With your board marks alone you can enter through steam 2.

Unfortunately, no if you are a non-Trichy or Thanjavur resident. If you have completed your 10th and 12th in either of the two previously mentioned districts you have a good chance to secure an admission (preferred stream may not be available though).

Dear,
Sastra University is good in terms of infrastructure, but in terms of placements, it's not up to the mark. Therefore, take your decision wisely, considering your placement and other parameters. All the best.
