Possibilities are quite low to get into CSE IT group of sastra but still you can try for 2nd and 3rd round of counselling But you may able to get into Non IT group of sastra. Considered both for higher possibilities of admission.

Well you can get a seat in SASTRA but if you are looking for a seat in the most sort after branches, it is not possible like CS or IT. there are some courses like biotechnology in which seats remain empty but you should not go for any degree just if you are not getting better programme.

Yes, According to your rank, there are chances for you to get admission in Sastra University. The cut offs for CSE are different every year. So you have to wait for the results to come out.
