All campuses of BITS Goa, Hyderabad, and Pilani will admit citizens of countries other than India (PIOs included) based on their SAT (regular and subject test) scores. There are many NITS that accept SAT score for admission
However you must need at least 1440/1600 to apply to the following NITS
NIT Silchar
NIT Jamshedpur
NIT Warangal
NIT Surathkal
NITJalandar etc. But getting 1440 is not easy in SAT but if you get this score then it would be better to apply to US universities as you may be getting thousands of scholarships from different US universities.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test based on the marks obtained in Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) score and performance in Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test.

Entrance Test
Eligible candidates need to appear for the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT) conducted by FLAME University.
International candidates with valid Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) score are exempted from the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT).
Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GDPI)
Shortlisted candidates will be called for group discussion and personal interview based on the score obtained in FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)/ Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
Final Selection
Candidates are selected based on marks/ percentile obtained in FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)/ Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), academic record, statement of purpose (SOP), extracurricular/ professional achievements, performance in group discussion and personal interview.
