Standardized test results, when included, are just one component of a student’s application and are viewed within the context of the student’s entire file. There is no minimum score required for admission, nor is there a score that will guarantee admission. The middle 50% of test scores (the 25th to the 75th percentiles) for enrolled first-year students in Fall 2020 were as follows:

  • SAT-Evidence-Based Reading and Writing: 720-780
  • SAT-Math: 740-800
  • ACT Composite: 33-35

All scholls have different requirements for standardized testing. The University of the Pacific requires you to take either the SAT or the ACT to be able to submit an application for admissions. University of the Pacific has alos gone into a test-optional mode, meaning that you can provide a test score if you wish to. However, for international students, the TOEFL, IELTS or the Duolingo English test is needed. However, the SAT score comes handy here. If you have an SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing score of 570, you can do away with the IELTS, TOEFL or the Duolingo test.

Hi.

15 days would not be enough, but you will get more prepared well.

Around 6–20 hours

Usually, students take the SAT once they have decided to apply for undergrad abroad. Candidates should plan the test in such a way that they have the SAT scores with them at the time of applying to the colleges. The ideal time to apply for SAT should be after passing out from school after taking a month or two for preparation. The SAT results are released in a matter of few days, this has been possible with Digital SAT in India. Thus, after having your SAT scores you can begin applying to universities abroad.
