No, Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET) does not offer 100% scholarships. To get admission through scholarship in any field first get to know about all the possible scholarships that are available in that particular section.
Later on apply for that scholarship programme and try to meet the requirements.

Yes, There are many scholarships available for the students who wish to study in USA .The scholarships are provided by the US government, Indian government and other private organisations and specific universities.
Scholarships provided by US government: Fulbright foreign student program, Fulbright Nehru fellowship ( especially for Indian students).
Scholarships provided by private organisations: Rotary peace fellowship, Amber scholarships, Prodigy finance-Gyandhan scholarships etc.
