There is no scholarship that can be tagged as the "the easiest one to get". Getting a scholarship depends entirely on your profile, your academic documents, and your timely submitted and completely filled application.

No, INSPIRE Scholarship cannot be combined. Students cannot receive any other government scholarship along with the INSPIRE scholarship. Only one major scholarship is allowed at a time. If found, INSPIRE may be cancelled.

Chevening Scholarship is a fully funded financial aid from the UK government to Indian students for a 1-year PG program in the country. It covers the full tuition and visa fees for the program. Students also get a monthly stipend, a travel grant to attend Chevening events, and return air ticket to travel to India, every year.
