No, HMR Institute of Technology and Management does not offer a 100% scholarship. But, it offers various other scholarships, including the Economic Welfare Scholarship Scheme and Saksham and Pragati Scholarships. State Fund Scholarships are also available for reserved and minorities in college and technical institutes based on Merit.

Yes, Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has a few scholarship schemes for undergraduate (UG) students, mainly for Assam state students. Major Scholarship Schemes for UG Students at AAU:
- State Merit Scholarship:
- Granted to qualified Assam state students.
- Value: INR 1000 per month.
- Restricted to 20% of the total Assam students on roll.
- RAWEP/TIWEP/FWEP/Internship Stipends:
- Assam students undertaking Rural Agricultural Work Experience Programme (RAWEP) and other internships are given INR 5000 per month.
- ICAR/VCI-sponsored students are reimbursed according to ICAR norms.
- In-service candidates are not acceptable.

For Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, there is an entrance exam (AP EAPCET & TS EAMCET) to get admission into top colleges in these states.based on your rank in that entrance test, you will get your slot in a college according to your wish through web options process.As CSE has more preference among all branches, most of the students compete for the CSE- (Alligned) branches first.to get a seat in CSE, you have to perform well in the entrance test. According to your family background, economical status and your category, scholarship will be alloted.

Yes, Jai Narain College of Technology (JNCT) offers a 100% scholarship to students. But, it is rare. To be eligible for a 100% scholarship, the candidate must either score very well in the previous qualification or they can apply for the MP Government's Medhavi Chhatra Yojana, which gives 100% scholarships to students belonging to Maharashtra and have scored more than 90% in the previous qualification.

Athletes at the national level who score 95% or more on their 10+2 exams are eligible for a full tuition waiver and 50% off their housing and transportation costs. Scholarships of up to 100% are available only few of the top qualified students at Adithya Institute of Technology (AIET) depending on their extracurricular and academic accomplishments. Sports scholarships encourage accomplishments at the state or national level, whereas merit-based scholarships honor high scores on qualifying tests. National and Post-Matric scholarships offered by the government are also accepted.
