The University of Winnipeg President's Scholarship for World Leaders is awarded to international students entering the university's divisions UG, PG, Collegiate, etc., divisions for the first time. To avail this scholarship, the applicants must have completed the admission application by the scholarship deadline. Students are required to have an equivalent of 80% grade average, based on Grade 12 academic courses for admission. Documents that have to be submitted with the application are personal statement, CV, two reference letters.

Yes, Faculty of Computer Application, MRIIRS offers scholarship to meritorious students. A total of 10% tuition fee waiver (limiting up to maximum of INR 5,000) only one time at the time of admission) shall be available to the only girl child candidates in all the UG & PG Programmes provided candidate has scored 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. Since the OBC qualifying cutoff is 35, it would be impossible for your gaining an M.Tech seat using GATE scholarship in biotechnology. Nevertheless, without a GATE, you might still get enrolled in a few special institutes and through self-sponsored programs or entrance exams conducted on their behalf. It is probably sensible to search for other paths of becoming admitted or wait till next year to attempt another crack at GATE.
