To the point, the Avasari government-run engineering schools like Engineering and Research also offer scholarships like the EBC (Economically Backward Class) Scholarship, GOI Scholarships for SC/ST/OBC applicants, merit-based scholarships, as well as minority and state-sponsored scholarships for any eligible student. Yes there are several Scholarship programmes for PG courses at Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala. But the main point is that most of the Scholarship opportunities are only for the students of the reserved categories like SC and ST category. No, Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering doesn't provide 100 percent scholarship. But, various other scholarships are available based on various criterias such as financial condition of the student, academic or cocurricular achivement of the student, etc. These can result in greatly reduced overall fee burdens.

No, Royal College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) doesn't give 100% scholarships. There, however, are numerous types of scholarships offered in meritorious, economical criterion, etc. And through these, the whole expense burden could be quite easy to pay.
If anybody wants to know details from the official website or approach the admission office in detail about scholarships offered, RCET's eligibility criterion as well as the extent up to which they reduce the expenses payable.

Yes, Maratha Mandal Engineering College - MMEC give 100% scholarship. Although, 100% scholarhsips are rare but academic and extracurricular achievers can get it. There are some other scholarships available also for the Other Backward Classes category and economically weaker classes. These scholarships are offered by the government of Karnataka.
