To get enrolled in the post-matric scholarships at UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University, students can apply through the verified scholarship website of the Uttar Pradesh government. The steps to get the scholarship are as follows: 

• Visit the official website, click on the 'Student' section and select 'New Registration'
• Fill in all mandatory details and click on 'Submit' to register
• Once registered, log in using the registration number, date of birth and password
• Read all instructions carefully, tick on the box given at the end of the page and click 'Proceed'
• Click on the 'Fill in the application form' section
• Fill in further details in the scholarship application form
• Click on the submit button
• After submitting the application form, the students need to upload their photographs and other supporting documents.
• Submit the documents and pay the fee. The applicants are required to take the printout of the form and submit it along with other supporting documents to their respective educational institutions.
