No, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) does not provide 100% scholarships. While the institute offers scholarships to meritorious students in the form of fee waivers and financial assistance (it is mentioned in their official website, but they have not mentioned 100% scholarships), there is no evidence of a 100% scholarship being offered.

A selected group of international students are granted merit-based scholarships by Emory University's Office of Undergraduate Admission each year. Every year, between 8,000 and 10,000 students apply to be Scholars, out of which 175–200 of the students are chosen to be Scholar Finalists. The scholar finalist has to attend the on-campus Scholars Finalists Visit held in the spring.
The financial aid application process is completely different from the Scholar selection process. Merit scholarships are given out ahead of financial aid when a student qualifies for both.
