Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • 80% aggregate of Mathematics + Physics + Optional subject (as per selection criteria) in Class 12 from the recogniwed Board
  • Minimum 8 CGPA & above, with no backlogs in Semester 1 of the BTech programme
  • Freeship & Scholar category Scholarships put together, constitute 5 % of the General Category intake for each branch and are applicable for the entire programme duration, starting first year

All international students who are going to submit an international student application to the University of Tasmania undergraduate degree & postgraduate coursework, they will be automatically assessed for Tasmanian International Scholarship (TIS). This scholarship will provide a 25% reduction in registered tuition fees for the duration of students’ course. Also, note that there is no need to apply separately for this scholarship.

No. students pursuing BTech cannot avail scholarship benefits at GNITS. However, students of Mtech will get stipend for their GATE score as per AICTE norms. Students who got admission in Mtech programme at G Narayanamma without GATE score will not be eligible for any stipend.

Yes, the University of San Francisco offers scholarships to international students.
