SDDGPI provides several type of Scholarships for their BSc and other courses' students. The eligibility criteria for Sports Scholarships available at SDDGPI to BSc students are as follows:

Sports scholarship scheme

Scholarship for the International level Candidates:
Candidate who have got Gold medal will get scholarship amount of INR 84000
Candidate who have got Silver medal will get scholarship amount of INR 72000
Candidate who have got Bronze medal will get scholarship amount of INR 60000

GIMSR scholarships are granted based on marks scored in the GAT (GITAM Admission Test) or equivalent qualifying exam. Meritorious and eligible candidates can avail a scholarship up to 100% for first-year and will be continued for the subsequent years, subject to scoring 8.0 & above CGPA every year. Students who want to avail VMRF BSc scholarships are required to go through the following procedure as mentioned below:

Step 1: Eligible students have to apply for fresh and renewal of the scholarship in the prescribed form available on the University's website. A student can apply and avail only one scholarship.

Step 2: The scholarship committee instituted by the University then scrutinize the application and recommend eligible candidates names for the award of scholarship or tuition fee waiver as applicable.
